This shop collects the minimum needed to sell and ship prints. Plain answers below; questions any time at hello@namk.ai.
When you buy a print
Checkout collects your name, email, and shipping address so the order can be fulfilled, plus the order contents. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details go directly to Stripe and never touch this site's servers. Order records are kept for accounting and support, and personal details on old orders are automatically redacted after three years.
Prints are produced by a professional print lab and shipped first to the artist for signing — the lab receives the artwork file, not your address. Your address is used only to ship your order.
Transactional email (order confirmation, shipping, delivery) goes to the address on your order. The announcement list is separate and opt-in: join it from the footer or a product page, leave it with the one-click unsubscribe link in every email. Contact-form messages are kept for up to a year so replies have context, then deleted.
Browsing
The storefront sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your cart lives in your own browser's storage. Anonymous, aggregated signals — page views via Vercel Analytics, and first-party events like "a print was viewed" keyed by a hashed session value — help decide what to photograph and print next. None of it identifies you or is shared or sold.
If a page breaks, the site may send itself a short error report (the page URL and the error message). These reports contain no personal information and are deleted after 30 days.

- Unsubscribe from announcements with the link in any email.
- Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at hello@namk.ai. Order records needed for accounting are kept for the legally required period, with personal details redacted on request where possible.
